Kip Tik will process your online order within 2-5 days when in stock. For custom orders, please contact us to find out about our production lead time.
We hope you love your Kip Tik products, but in the event that you are not 100% satisfied, we can offer an exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt of items, given they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Before shipping back your purchase, please send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which product you are sending back. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for any items that have been used or washed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please note: Made-to-order items are final sale. They may not be exchanged or returned for store credit.
We would like to stress that due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color and design may be expected. Truly handmade means unique. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible, and all items are subject to our quality control processes before being shipped to customers.
All limited edition and discounted items are final sale - they may not be exchanged or returned for credit.

Trade return policy
All order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order. Made-to-order and custom products are final sale.
We cannot accept returns on non-defective items. If you believe you are eligible for a return or exchange, please send us a claim via email within one week of order receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee for trade customers returning non-defective merchandise.
Wear & tear
Our products are 100% handmade, woven on the backstrap or pedal loom and follow a careful production and quality control process. We want our products to fit perfectly into your home and be appreciated as unique artisanal goods. As with any type of handmade goods, these will naturally experience wear and tear. We recommend following the care instructions for handmade products. If you experience a unique issue with any of our products, please contact us and we would be more than happy to help you find a solution. We cannot offer store credit or exchanges for products that have experienced wear or washing.
All our products are shipped directly from Mexico and are made traceable by our carrier. Upon shipping your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to trace your order. Once shipped for any updates, please contact the carrier directly. If you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and contact us. We will be happy to assist you after a claim has been filed.
Kip Tik ships internationally, with some exceptions. To receive an international shipping quote please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase as well as your exact address. This will help us getting you a pricing and delivery time estimate.
Please note that prices and delivery lead times are set by the carrier. All international sales are final. Kip Tik is responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.
